The Steamboat Lake Marina needed a website that excites people to visit the area and makes it easy for them to book advanced travel reservations. The website that Colomark built includes quick links to weather and news, embedded traveler reviews (providing social proof of the quality), and a portal to their online booking engine to reserve a cabin. The result was an increase in advanced online reservations and a decrease in call volume from guests with simple questions. This gave the operators more time to focus on the guests in-house.
